Omelets
in a Bag
This recipe is great for camping trips!
1. Boil up at least 2 quarts of water
2.
Use a Ziploc bag and fill with 2 eggs & any ingredients you prefer in your
omelet, like cheese, bacon, sausage etc.
3. Remove air from bag and seal, drop into boiling water,
4.
Every few minutes take out and mush bag gently to spread egg out. (Be careful!
Use tongs)
5. When there is no more raw egg it’s done! Remove
from bag and enjoy!
